Founder & Director Chad Horanyi

Founder and Director Chad Horanyi has been building since the age of 15 and has worked for some prestigious building and renovation companies throughout his career. With over 20 years experience, Chad has an exceptional range of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of building and renovating. With his unique ability to apply ‘old school’ techniques or use modern methods, Chad is confident finding solutions to best suite every job. In addition to skill, Chad is very personable, professional and excells under pressure! Chad's passion is for his Company and pride in his workmenship. When Chad is not building for Advangtage Projects, he is building fun and games with his 3 young children.

At Advantage Projects we do it all from the ground up to the roof! Specializing in residential and light commerical builds. We strive to operate with only the best staff and sub-contractors to deliver exceptional work at affordable prices.
